Delivery Information

Because you lovely customers mean that much to us our standard DELIVERY is FREE to UK mainland, but unfortunately there are some area where we can't offer that service, as much as we'd love to, these areas are: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland. All you need to do is select your area at checkout and it will calculate your delivery charge for you and add it to your order. Also next day delivery is not available to these areas either. 

If you live in the Channel Islands we're so sorry but we get charged extra for your deliveries so if you give us a quick call on 0800 876 0969 we will be able to provide you with a delivery price. Easy peasy!

Unfortunately we do not ship to Southern Ireland.

Deliveries can only be made within the UK, we do not ship outside of the UK.


And to make it even easier we can deliver on a SPECIFIED DAY (Mon -Fri only) for free. Please note that this service only applies to products on a standard 2 day service.  * There may be exceptions when this service can't be offered. You will be advised if this is the case at the point of placing your order.  Products that are on more than the standard 1-2 day delivery time cannot be ordered for next or specific day, however, our carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: With our 2 man delivery service - if packaging is removed by the courier while in the customers home and the customer signs the couriers paperwork to confirm that the item is not damaged we cannot accept any damage claims from the customer. 



In case you were wondering: any products ordered with us before 1.30pm ON A FRIDAY WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY WILL BE DELIVERED to you ON MONDAY . If you decide you would like a SATURDAY DELIVERY - just select the SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION. It's that simple!!  Note: This may not be available for all products and you will be advised following your order if this is the case.

Please note: For some of our larger products, please be aware that if the carrier arranges a delivery time slot with the customer and the customer is not in at the point of delivery as arranged then the cost of re-delivering will be charged to the customer. Our Free delivery policy is strictly one delivery attempt only.

Some of our deliveries will be made on a palletized service which means that your item will be delivered on a pallet. Please note that unless requested at the point of delivery, the driver will not remove the pallet and leave it with you. So unless you want the pallet, please ask the driver to remove your item from the pallet and to take the pallet away at the point of them delivering it to your home.


Just so there aren't any problems, as we wouldn't want that, we ask that you check your package has been delivered undamaged before signing for the delivery. Just open the box in front of the driver and check for any damage. He will wait, he doesn't have much of a choice!!

In the event of there being any damaged to the parcel either refuse the delivery or make sure you sign the drivers paperwork as 'DAMAGED'. Then give us a quick call on 0800 876 0969 and we'll sort the replacement out for you without any hassle!

When the driver knocks at your door, so we can track your item we do require a signature and your item will be delivered by DPD or for products that have delivery by Night Freight we will contact once your order has been placed to arrange a day for your delivery. The delivery days available will depend on when Night Freight are in your area, and the choice of delivery days will be advised when we contact you.

Olympic Delays - Unfortunately customers wishing to have deliveries made in to the London Olympic Areas may experience delays with their items being delivered due to Olympic restrictions, please speak with an advisor if you would like further information.


On the UKCF & Ultimate range, additional delivery costs will be incurred as
below:

Mainland Scotland :     £20 inc VAT
Scotish Highlandsa:      £35 inc VAT
Isle of Wight :          £60 inc vat

Scottish off shore :     Contact for a cost
