Where are your offices based?
Our offices and warehouse are based in Rossendale, Lancashire. Please see our Contact Us page for further details. [ top ]
What are your opening and closing hours?
Our offices are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Unfortunately we are closed over the weekends and most bank holidays. Please see our deliveries pages for more specific details. [ top ]
Do you have a shop or showroom where I can view products?
Unfortunately at present we are just based online and do not have anywhere you can view our products. [ top ]
Can I collect in person?
Yes you can collect your item/s if you require from our warehouse, however this must be pre-arranged. Please contact us on 0800 876 0969 for further details. [ top ]
What are the dimensions of the TV stand?

How are the product shipped?
Each product is shipped in protective cardboard packaging and is shipped through a mainstream carrier such DPD or our furniture delivery company 4 Square. Each delivery will require a signature. [ top ]
When will i receive my item?
Please see our Delivery page for more details. Please note, any orders placed after 1.30pm on a Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday. [ top ]
I am at work during the day and not able to wait for the delivery. What options are there?
There is the option to specify a certain day for your delivery, or if it makes life easier, you can choose a Saturday delivery. If you have a neighbour that is happy to sign for the delivery, then this can be arranged. Simply contact us to discuss what best suits you. [ top ]
What happens if i miss my delivery attempt?
Our courier will leave a calling card for you to contact them to arrange another delivery to you. [ top ]
Can I return a product if it’s damaged or it’s not what I wanted?
Yes we do endeavour to make returns as easy as possible. Please see our Returns page for more details. [ top ]
